why I want to work at design camp, you ask? as a young art student i never had an older mentor in the arts to look up to; i was all alone! during my time at design camp i want to be a reliable source of reassurance and knowledge about a future in the design world for the campers. design can be scary, with so many opportunities! i believe it's important for young artists to see students older than them pursue design as a career, as well as all of the challenges that come with it.
